There’s no such thing as too much training. However, with the ammo crunch still happening, there is such a thing as shooting too much. As good as dry fire practice is, it will only get you so far without the appropriate amount of live fire time. With this drill you can get a lot of work in. From increasing your heart rate, adding stress, reloads (if you choose), as well as shooting from multiple distances. And all of this in 6 rounds!!
